SafeStart Education run engaging WHS workshops for high school, TAFE, and university students. Our workshops empower young individuals with knowledge on rights, responsibilities, and workplace risks.
Our Workshops
SafeStart Education workshops are interactive training programs that equip high school, TAFE, and university students with essential knowledge about their rights and responsibilities under the Work Health and Safety (WHS) Act. We empower your students with the tools they need to stay safe, speak up, and thrive in the workplace.
The aim of the workshop is to prepare young people for a safe and confident entry into the workforce. The workshop introduces key WHS concepts such as hazard identification, risk assessment, and the legal duties of employers.
Our workshops are tailored to different age and education levels. We use real-world examples and industry-specific scenarios—from construction and healthcare to retail and lab work—to help students understand the risks they may face in their chosen careers.
